Beijing er med sine 14 millioner innbyggere og sin 3000 år gamle historie, Kinas hovedstad og landets politiske og kulturelle senter. Denne staden framstår i dag som en moderne storby i rivende utvikling. Noe ikke minst de meget vellykkede olympiske lekene i 2008 har vært en pådriver for. Man må likevel ikke langt unna de brede boulevardene og de imponerende forretningsbyggene før man finner igjen mye av det gamle Beijing.

Villa Söders på Elfviks Lidingö brua er en del av firmaet Villa Söders restaurant, hotell og konferansesenter, og er åpne for både enkeltpersoner og for forretningsreisende konferanser.

Villaen ble bygget opprinnelig i 1912 som sommeren residence av sivil ingeniør og finansdirektør Carl L. Laurin (1840-1917), i huset PA Norstedt & Sons, sønn av Gustaf Philip NEGOTIANT Laurin (1808-1859) og hans kone Emilia Norstedt. Webområdet som eiendommen er bygget på enheten av 1912 fra Elfviks gården av daværende eier Albert Janse.

Villaen ligger i en sør skråning med gratis usikt over Hustegafjärdens østlige delen, til en av Lidingö mest storslåtte villaer. En stor gressplen og hage foran huset går helt ned til vannet. Huset er tegnet av sangeren og arkitekt Harald Falkman i såkalt jugendstil i sett med säteritak, dvs. Valma tak er ødelagt av et lite vertikalt parti, som var populær på begynnelsen av 1900-tallet og er like i stilen til mange av de større villaer tegnet av arkitekt Jacob J: son Gate rundt 1908-10 da Lidingö villastad bygd opp.

Eiendommen forble i familien hender før Laurin i 1954 da det ble solgt til fiolinist Andor Neufelden og kona Svea engasjert i en privat pleie hjemme i villaen til 1966 da det ble solgt til Sverige Kreditbank. 1974 gikk Credit Bank of PK-bank, nå Nordea, som brukte villaen som et kurs-og konferansesenter for bankens ansatte. 1977 banken bygges et frittstående stor hotell bygg bak det opprinnelige huset med 40 soverom. Fra 1993 anlegget ble drevet av Cristina Romell, ansatt i Nordea, gjennom hans private selskap Villa Söders AB. I 2003 kjøpte eiendommen fra Romell Nordea. I dag (2009) inkluderte eiendommen Cristina Romell Investment AB. Anlegget har Romells over tjent som en vanlig restaurant, hotell og konferansesenter, åpne for både privatpersoner og konferanse gjester.

1982-1983, en overhaling av interiøret i villaen også nye designet møbler, inventar og en utvidelse av veranda, med hjelp av Cristina's ektemann, arkitekten maur Rets (d. 1997). Billige hoteller

Villa South, sent 2005 kalt til klubben Countryside Hotels , blant rundt 40 hoteller i Sverige.

Eiendommen umiddelbart i øst er det 1700-talls gården bygge Elfviks inkludert i Lidingö sammenhengende natur Long Meadow-Elfviks reserver.

Jeg har nettopp oppdaget en rynke. Ikke min første rynke, men en ny en på noen fantastiske plutselig beskjæres opp mellom øyenbrynene. Det er bekymringsfullt. Jeg har å utsette i morgen i Matas og gi meg med en bøtte polyfilla, som kan glatt i området. Min neste tanke er hvordan er det rynke fremkom?

Har jeg sett for spekulativ i en periode? Jeg tenker som det har stønne og rynket pannen min mer enn de ellers ville gjort, eller bør jeg bare sant at noe skjer med alderen? Jeg forlater mitt spørsmål er fortsatt ubesvart. Så selvsagt kan jeg gruble litt om det.

Noen som kan mye om fjerning av rynker ?

Bortsett fra det, var det en forelder på datteren sin klasse, i et intervju nylig, stubbornly hevdet at jeg var 40 år. Det var ikke pent gjort, tatt i betraktning at jeg bare 34de Enten det var fordi hun ikke kunne få det til å stemme med min alder og mitt barns alder av 9 og 11 eller andre folk jeg ser ut som en på 40. Jeg håper hun følte det første, slik at hun ikke kunne få det til å stemme.

Heavy Metal Guitar Tunings

Some of the more popular tunings used are Dropped D, Dropped C, Dropped B, E Flat, D, C and open G. Here are the descriptions of how the strings should be tuned and some of the bands that use them.

Dropped D tuning:

E ----------1st string

B ----------2nd string

G ----------3rd string

D ----------4th string

A ----------5th string

D ----------6th string (thickest)

This tuning enables power chords to be played with a single finger on the lowest three strings and produces a dark sound with it. If you're music doesn't fit together with this dark sound, you can place a capo on the 2nd fret and can still easily play power chords.

Some bands that use Dropped D tuning are:

Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Godsmack, Led Zepplin, Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine, Silverchair, Soundgarden and Velvet Revolver.

Dropped C tuning:

D ----------1st string

A ----------2nd string

F ----------3rd string

C ----------4th string

G ----------5th string

C ----------6th string (thickest)

Dropped C tuning is the Dropped D with each string lowered one whole step. Dropped C tuning produces a very low and heavy sound and is used by many of the new Heavy Metal bands.

Some bands that use Dropped C tuning are:

30 Seconds to Mars, Atreyu, Buckethead, Bullet for My Valentine, Children of Bodom, Godsmack, Bad Religion, Metallica, Mudvayne, P.O.D., Papa Roach, Rammstein, Shadows Fall, System of a Down, Three Days Grace and Ozzy Osbourne.

Dropped B tuning:

C# ----------1st string

G# ----------2nd string

E ----------3rd string

B ----------4th string

F# ---------5th string

B ----------6th string (thickest)

This tuning will need heavier gauge strings to be effective. Also you might have to widen the string grooves as well as adjust the tension in the neck of your guitar.

Some bands that use Dropped B tuning are:

Audioslave, Limp Bizkit, Machine Head, Mudvayne, Slipknot and Stone Sour.

Eb tuning:

Eb ---------1st string

Bb ---------2nd string

Gb ---------3rd string

Db ---------4th string

Ab ---------5th string

Eb ---------6th string (thickest)

This tuning is Standard tuning turned down a half step. There are a few reasons that bands use this tuning instead of Standard tuning. One reason is to sound heavier by using heavy gauge strings. By tuning down a half step it is easier to bend these heavy gauged strings. Another reason why some bands use this tuning is to compliment the lead singers voice.

Osbourne Ozzmosis Heavy Metal Music CD

Ozzmosis is the latest Heavy Metal CD released by the extremely talented Ozzy Osbourne who once again has delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. I'm confident Ozzy Osbourne fans, and Heavy Metal fans alike will be pleased with this one.

It's a rare day indeed that I get a CD from an artist that I can truthfully say does not have a bad track in the bunch. I'm more than happy to announce that’s exactly what I must say about this one. There simply isn’t a bad one in the bunch. No fillers here at all.

These days it’s a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.

I’m of the opinion that Ozzmosis is certainly Ozzy Osbourne’s best work in a few years. A totally enjoyable CD and an outstanding release. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up because it’s a collection that even the casual Heavy Metal fan can appreciate and enjoy.

While this entire album is outstanding the truly standout tunes are track 1 - Perry Mason, track 8 - My Little Man, and track 9 - Mr Jekyll Doesn't Hide.

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 5 - See You On The Other Side. Good stuff!

Hello all. Okay, after the first introduction post on what this blog really is about. It is time to move on. In this second post I will want to concentrate on 1 band, and mention an other that I will tell you all about in my next post. My 2 all time favorite Metal bands at the moment are : STRATOVARIUS and HAMMERFALL!!

You should have heard of them because they truly are amasing. The music is fast, cool, and always is interesting. You dont get bored of listening to either STRATOVARIUS or HAMMERFALL. Ok let me tell something about Stratovarius. They are a finnish heavy metal band, that were formed in 1982. Their first record didnt come out until 1989, but when it did, it totally was the start of a truly outstanding music group. If you want to read more about their biography, go to their website, that I have linked to in the links section.

I want to give you a tip of what music you should start listening to by Stratovarius. And that is their album Destiny, that you can see a picture of above. It totally rules!
They plays faster than you have ever hear before, with interesting lyrics, good rythme, and the selection of songs is awesome in this cd album. The best song of the entire album are in my opinion the first song "Destiny". It stands out as one of the best creations in the heavy music history! But dont get me wrong, the other songs are good to. So go ahead and do what I have now told you, get this album now! It cant wait! You will thank me later on. If you are a heavy metal band fan, like I know you are, it is a MUST! Dont go, but RUN to the stores I tell you;)

Hello World! This is my new and awesome Heavy metal music blog. This blog will cover lots of different things related to heavy metal. I promise you that you will come over to the heavy metal side, after doing as I say, and you wont return to the bad music you listen to now ever again ;)
Heavy Metal is truly one of the very best music genres there is. I must admit I listen to alot of other types of music aswell, but at the moment Heavy metal is my favorite. And a result of that, im writing this blog, to let the world know all the INCREDIBLE bands im listening to. Making you able to find the right bands and music cds, that I promise you is a must to own!
I listen to other types of music aswell as I said. I also really like genres like: rock, black metal, death metal, stoner metal, progressive metal, and power metal. The last one here and probably progressive metal too, I consider to fall under my Heavy metal category. In wich the bands that I will highly recommend will play music that is to be consider to lay in this genre too. Let this blog started. So this is all for now in this opening post.
